Is the first seat really free forever?
Yes. One full-feature seat per organization, no time limit, no nag. Useful for solo evaluation before a team joins.
What happens after the 21-day trial?
If you've added a second seat, the trial converts to a paid subscription. If you're still solo on the free seat, nothing changes. The free seat continues.
Do you charge for guests or coaches?
Your EOS Implementer® or coach joins with the Implementer role at no charge, including full operational access to run your L10 Meeting® and capture work live. They don't count against your seat total. Board members or other outside collaborators count as seats if they edit content.
Annual vs monthly billing?
Annual is $96 per user per year (effective $8/user/month). Monthly is $10 per user per month. Switch any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or schools?
Email us at hello@compassflow.io. We honor a 50% discount for verified 501(c)(3) organizations and K-12 schools.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH for annual plans over 25 seats on request.
Will the price ever go up?
If we adjust published prices later, you'll get at least 30 days' written notice, and the new rate kicks in at your next renewal. Your current cycle is always honored at the rate you signed up at.
