A clear, short version of the agreement between Sandhill Labs, LLC (the maker of CompassFlow) and you. We aim for human language and a fair deal both ways.
You get access to CompassFlow's software, operated by Sandhill Labs, LLC (a Florida limited liability company), at the pricing shown on the Pricing page, with the features available at the time of your purchase. We aim for 97.5% uptime or better.
The price shown when you sign up is what you pay through the end of your current billing period. We may adjust published prices with at least 30 days written notice, applied at your next renewal. Charges renew monthly or annually based on your selection. Cancel any time from Settings, Billing.
The first seat is free forever. Each additional seat is billed at $10/month (or $8/month effective when billed annually). Adding or removing seats prorates against your current billing period.
Anything you put into CompassFlow (Rocks, V/TO® content, Scorecard values, meeting notes, etc.) belongs to your organization. You grant us a license to host, display, and process it strictly to provide the service.
You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to download an export before the data is deleted.
Don't use CompassFlow to do anything illegal, abusive, or designed to harm other users. Don't try to break into the system, scrape it at volume, or reverse-engineer it.
If you violate this, we may suspend or terminate your account. We'll tell you first if it's safe to do so.
CompassFlow is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, available 100% of the time, or perfectly preserve every byte of your data forever. Keep your own backups for anything mission-critical.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

CompassFlow is software, not coaching. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by EOS Worldwide beyond the terms of our license. For implementation coaching, work with a certified EOS Implementer®.
If we materially change these terms, we'll email every customer at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The current version is always available at this URL.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
